HOW WE WORK

Finding the right real estate agent in an industry too often polluted by an army of self-appointed Rogue Brokers is not only contributing to undermine its fundamentals but also generate a flow of fake deals which has left many of our clients frustrated as they wasted time and resources on acquisitions which were not genuine.

Equilibrium Hospitality invests in understanding in depth the local market dynamics to ensure that you will always be interacting through us with the key individuals capable of delivering a target asset that meets your investment criteria.

Simultaneously, prior to engaging and being mandated by any new client, we carry-out a comprehensive due diligence process.

Typically, each mandate includes a monthly retainer and a success fee to ensure both parties are committed to each other as if we do value the time and money of our clients, they also do recognise that we do bring a quality service and our own time is valuable.

Equilibrium Hospitality is totally independent and solely owned. We only report to you as our client.
